THE BEST RECORDINGS OF 2004

Thanks for your patience as this first issue of 2005 proved problematic due to unforeseen circumstances in my and Kathryn's life. Hopefully, the wait will prove worth it, as there are a lot of reviews in this issue, plus Dene, Mike, and I list our "Best Recordings of 2004" (each one of us doing it in his own fashion, too, of course). Speaking only for myself, this was a very tough year to compose a list as I heard a lot of great music - I must have revised my lists numerous times! Thank goodness it's over for another year!

A way overdue improvement in navigation of the site debuts this issue. Reviews now open in their own window! No more using the "Back" button. HURRAY!
